Wang Lin is currently a professor in the Department of Automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2009, she received a doctor of Science degree from the Academy of mathematics and Systems Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and her tutor is academician Guo Lei. The main research directions are analysis and control of multi-agent system, theory and application of adaptive complex network. Vice chairman of large scale complex systems technical committee of IFAC, senior member of IEEE, Secretary General of China branch of international network science society, Secretary General of complex networks and complex systems professional committee of China Society of industrial and applied mathematics, and director of Shanghai Automation Society.
